1) How do I return my item?
If you want to send the item back, please send the item with a tracking postal service.
Please send us an e-mail to to describe why you send back the item (in the email that you`ll send us indicate the reason for the return, as specified in the letter of return that you are getting in the package along with the product). Here below are listed the reasons for which the return is accepted:
1. The product is different from the one on your website.
2. The product size is not correct.
3. Shipping Address incorrect.
4. The product has flaws : specify what.
5. Other: specify the reasons.
For the items to be returned, it is possible to re-use the packaging of your previous order, or send it in an envelope for shipping with bubble wrap protection.
Please make sure that the object is safely packaged to prevent damage.

2) How much time it will take to refund or replace the object?
Please allow 3 working days from the time of receiving the item from you rejected before that our company make a refund or replacement. You are encouraged to contact us on our email  at any time to request information about.

3) Where is my package?

At the time of shipment of your order, you will receive an email with photos of the package sent, and a link with tracking code that you can check on the website of the Thailand Post.
If for any reason you do not receive email with the tracking data, please contact us with an email to and we will send you links and tracking code as soon as possible.

4) Is there a minimum order quantity to make?
No, you can also order just an item
. If you are interested to buy large quantities, you can send an email to  request a quote for your order. With orders over 10 pieces of the same type with identical images begin discounts for large quantities.

We work together with Thailand Post and apply to each packet a package tracking number.
Each shipment is tracked and protects you from any problems that might arise during transport.
All shipments are tracked from the place of origin to the time of delivery.

The monitoring process is performed in this way:
once opened the Thailand Post page, enter the tracking number that reservation will be provided you with an email, after shipping, in the field "Item Number".

Delivery / Availability

Delivery times vary from 20 to 25 working days.
For working days means all days except public holidays (Saturday / Sunday / holidays) to the count.
Delays in delivery may be due to adverse weather conditions.

Our customer service will provide you the tracking number of the package shipped with Thailand Post with emails within 24 hours of shipment.
You can track your package on the Thailand Post website with your tracking number.


The package will be delivered by local courier at the address you indicated at the time of purchase (the recording default it will appear to the website address as the delivery address, but can be changed at the time of purchase).
If the courier is unable to make delivery, according to the procedures used by the carrier making deliveries in the destination country, reservation will be left a note with the information for the next delivery.

As items come packaged? Make gift boxes?

The articles are packed in a transparent bag with inside our business card and a sheet with instructions for a possible replacement of the item (for more information about this, check in "My order").
The transparent bag is then inserted into an envelope in brown kraft paper shipments padded with bubble wrap.
We currently do not carry out gift packs, but we can ship to addresses other than those registered on our site at the time of enrollment.

How to measure and wash

How to measure
To give you the opportunity to order our items properly on the first attempt, we want to explain how to measure the exact size for your body height. The individual steps are explained with the help of the pictures below.
The easiest way is to write the important measures. All measurements of the various items are listed in a table located in the lower left on the page to item of your choice.


To measure the size of the hat, put the measuring tape one centimeter above your ears around the head and note the circumference in centimeters.


To measure the size of shirts, T-shirts and sweatshirts, put the measuring tape horizontally around the widest part of the chest and measure around the back.


To measure the size of shorts and pants, put the measuring tape around the narrowest part of your waist and measure around the hip. To determine the length, measuring from the crotch to the floor.

How should I wash the items in cotton?

We suggest to wash at a maximum temperature of 30 ° C. Do not bleach or use detergents too aggressive. For durability of the print is advisable to carry out the first three hand washing at a temperature not exceeding 30 ° C.

Lava and stretch your boss always with the press in order to prevent rubbing or exposure to sunlight damage the printer.

Do not iron directly on the press, protect it with a cotton cloth.
